Vineland Library Staff, from a(n) public library in Vineland, New Jersey, is a Star because In the last two years, facing ever-decreasing funding, loss of staff postions, the loss of our beloved regional library, and the loss of half of our state aid, the staff of the Vineland Public Library have developed creative and sustainable ways to raise additional income to supplement the diminished materials budget, created an agressive and much-needed ESL program partnered with community volunteers, and continued to offer a wonderful array of programs for children and adults. Each and every one of them is a STAR!  Nominee is the Entire Staff.  Thanks to Gloria for this nomination.
