April Cozy Mystery Book Discussion Next Week!

Cozy Mystery Book Club!

Join us for our Cozy Mystery Book Club Meeting! Books will be available at the Information Desk 3 weeks before the scheduled meeting. They are due on the day of the meeting so no fines accrue.

Monthly Job Corps Program at Library: Next One Tuesday, April 4th!

Job Corps Orientation
 
Job Corps is the largest vocational trade school in the country. It is a FREE, residential program to those who meet eligibility guidelines. The program is open to individuals 16-24 years old who need a High School Diploma and/or hands-on training. Training takes 8-15 weeks to complete.
11:00 – 2:00 p.m.

*No July          December 5
Funded by Congress, Job Corps has been training young adults for meaningful careers since 1964. Job Corps is committed to offering all students a safe, drug-free environment where they can take advantage of the resources provided.

Upcycling Ornament Program!

 Visit Vineland Public Library for a free Upcycling Program! Join Melinda and Jasmine and learn how to make fun, festive ornaments out of recycled materials. Have fun while making an environmentally-friendly holiday craft! All supplies will be provided.

 Thursday, December 8, from 6:00—7:30 p.m. in the Community Event Room and is open to adults 18 years and older.
 
Class size is limited and registration is required.

Teen Movie Program Next Week!

 Teens are invited to watch the 2015 movie based on the third book in The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins and enjoy some pizza. This PG-13 movie is shown in compliance with a license from Movie Licensing USA. Registration is requested for this program. Call (856) 794-4244, ext. 4246 to register.

TEEN LOCK-IN FRIDAY NIGHT!!!!

Local teens ages 13-18 are invited to participate in an after-hours program at the Vineland Public Library. Our theme this year is “Jurassic Library.” 
What do you get when you mix the DNA of favorite book characters with that of dinosaurs? You get Jurassic Library!
Teens will enjoy testing their skills while participating in various challenges and Lock-In activities.  Pizza will be provided for dinner
and prizes will be awarded throughout the night.

Teens ages 13-18
Registration is required for this program, as is a permission slip signed by the teen’s parent or guardian. The library will be closed to the public at this time. 
Permission slips are available in the Children’s Department, or can be downloaded at www.vinelandlibrary.org/Young_Adults Anyone who is not registered for the program will not be able to attend.
