Read-A-Thon This Saturday!


Children ages 10 and younger & their parents/caregivers are invited to the Vineland Public Library for a Read-A-Thon celebrating National Library Week.  Enjoy an extended story time (come and go as you please), as well as random prize drawings -  you must be present to win!   Each child who attends a story session will receive at least one free book.

 
Saturday
April 8
10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Location: Children's Dept.
 
 
Registration is not required. Children younger than age 9 must
be accompanied by an adult at all times.
 
National Library Week is the American Library Association’s national holiday—a special time to celebrate the contributions of all types of libraries and librarians.  The 2017 event will be observed April 9-15 with the theme “Libraries Transform™.” 
Come see what your library has to offer during National Library Week!
 
Funding for the prizes and book giveaways is provided by The Friends of the Vineland Public Library.

Read-A-Thon!

Vineland Library celebrates National Library Week with Read-A-Thon

Children ages 10 and younger are invited to the Vineland Public Library for a Read-A-Thon to celebrate National Library Week.

Date: Saturday, April 16
Time: 10:30 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
Place: Children’s Department
 
Enjoy an extended story time for children ages 10 and younger (come and go as you please), as well as random prize drawings – you must be present to win!
Each child who attends a story session will receive at least one free book while supplies last.
 
Funding for the prizes and book giveaways is provided by The Friends of the Vineland Public Library. The library’s Teen Club will be assisting with this event. No registration is required for this free program.
              
Children younger than age 9 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the library.
