Meditation Stress Management for Teens!

When: Wednesday, March 30
 Time: 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
Where: Community Event Room

Join library volunteer Mary Ann Coulter for a three-part series on learning how to de-stress and control your breathing anywhere. Understand what stress is and how Mindfulness Meditation can help you handle it.

Meditation practices you’ll learn include proper breathing, slow movement, sitting, listening and muscle relaxation. Most techniques will be done while sitting, so bring a dense, firm cushion or towel with you if you prefer sitting on the floor rather than in a chair.

Registration is required for this free program. It is most beneficial, but not required, to attend all three sessions.
Please call 856-794-4244, ext. 4246 or register here.
